  • Will fight to cut wasteful spending by making the state government more transparent and fiscally accountable to taxpayers. She will push for transparency and accountability so we know what’s working and what’s not, to deliver real results for Marylanders.
  • Is a classroom teacher who believes every child deserves a quality education and making our schools safe is a top priority. She will focus on fighting to attract and retain great teachers with better pay and stronger support, giving students the resources they need to thrive, and strengthening college and career readiness to give students pathways to succeed in today’s economy.

Voters are repelled by Kevin Ford because:

  • Kevin Ford is a right-wing conservative who is too extreme for Maryland. He has praised Donald Trump and donated to radical MAGA politicians who support tax breaks for corporations and billionaires while denying families access to affordable healthcare. Ford’s ties to radical MAGA politicians and support for Trump/his policies was the best testing message among swing voters (67% total doubts) and independent voters.
  • Kevin Ford hired a convicted scam artist who was sentenced to prison for stealing nearly $500,000. This willingness to hire a convicted felon raises serious questions about Ford’s judgment, integrity and whether taxpayers can trust him with our money.
